Once your account is set up, you can send a professional quote in a couple of minutes. Here's the fastest path.
Steps
- Start a new quote. Tap New Quote on the dashboard.
- Describe the job. Either pick a job template (deck, fence, pergola, stairs, and more) or describe the job in plain English — for example, "Build a 4x3 metre hardwood deck with stairs." You can also use voice-to-text on-site.
- Add the customer. Enter the customer's name and details.
- Review the materials. QuoteMate suggests the materials and quantities with live supplier pricing. Edit anything — add, remove, or change items and prices.
- Set labour and markup. Add your labour hours (or days), your rate, and your markup. Add a travel adjustment if you're driving to site.
- Preview and send. Check the branded PDF, then send it by email (with a pre-written message) or share it by SMS or WhatsApp.
