You can create a QuoteMate account for free with no credit card. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, or use the web app in any browser.
Ways to sign up
- Email and password — sign up with your email address. You'll need to verify your email before you can use the app; until you do, you'll be signed out.
- Google — sign in with your Google account.
- Apple — sign in with Apple (available on iPhone and iPad, and on the web).
One account works across iPhone, iPad, Android, and web. Your data syncs automatically.
Setting up your business (onboarding)
The first time you sign in, a short setup runs through six steps. You can skip the optional ones and finish them later in Settings.
- Company name — the business name that appears on your quotes and invoices.
- Trade — pick one or more trades so QuoteMate tailors templates and pricing to your work.
- Contact details — your email, phone, and ABN (your ABN prints on every document).
- Branding (optional) — upload your logo and pick a brand colour.
- Rates (optional) — set a default labour rate and default markup so new quotes start with your numbers.
- Payments — connect Square so you can take card payments and get paid.
