QuoteMate is an AI-powered quoting and invoicing app built for Australian tradies. You describe a job in plain English, the app builds the materials list with quantities and live supplier pricing, you add your labour and markup, and it sends a professional branded PDF quote. When the customer accepts, you convert the quote to an invoice in one tap and get paid.
The goal is simple: quote on-site in about two minutes instead of doing paperwork at night.
Who it's for
Australian tradespeople running their own business — sole operators, small crews, and sub-contractors across 24+ trades (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, builders, painters, landscapers, cleaners, and more). It's built for people who are skilled on the tools but pressed for time, not for homeowners.
What it does
- Fast quoting — describe or photograph a job and get a priced materials list back.
- Live supplier pricing — real-time prices from major Australian suppliers, plus your own trade rates.
- Professional documents — branded PDF quotes and invoices with your logo, ABN, and GST built in.
- Job management — track every job through a 9-stage pipeline with scheduling, photos, and checklists.
- Get paid — take card payments on-site with Square Tap to Pay, or send an online payment link.
- Integrations — push invoices to Xero, pull live trade pricing from Reece maX.
Built for Australia
GST (10%) is calculated automatically, your ABN appears on every document, and everything is in AUD. QuoteMate was built after talking to Australian carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and builders who found existing tools too complicated, too expensive, or not built with tradies in mind.
Meet "Mate", the AI assistant
The app includes an in-app AI assistant called Mate (a chat and voice helper). It is currently in beta and marked as such in the app.
