Your business details and branding appear on every quote and invoice you send. You set them up during onboarding and can change them any time in Settings → Business Details.
What you can set
- Business name
- ABN (prints on every document)
- Email, phone, website, and address
- Brand colour
- Logo — upload from your gallery; it shows on your PDF quotes and invoices. You can remove or replace it.
Branding on documents
Your logo, brand colour, business name, ABN, and payment details are all pulled onto the branded PDF, so everything you send looks professional and consistent.
Adding your business logo to documents is a Pro feature (included in your 14-day trial). On Free you get the professional PDF template without the custom logo.
Defaults and rates
Under Settings you can also set your default labour rate, default markup, and other business defaults, so new quotes start with your numbers already filled in. See GST, labour, markup, and travel.
