Data security and privacy

Your business data is stored securely in the cloud and synced across your devices. QuoteMate is built on Google Firebase and complies with Australian privacy law.

How your data is protected

  • Stored on Google Firebase, with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Synced securely across the devices you sign in on.
  • QuoteMate does not sell or rent your personal data, and doesn't share your business data with third parties for their own use.

Privacy compliance

QuoteMate complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to complain to the OAIC.

AI processing

When you use AI features, your job descriptions may be processed by third-party AI services to generate suggestions. No personal identifying information or banking details are sent for this.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in-app. When you do, your data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, in line with the Privacy Policy.

What's collected

Typical data QuoteMate holds: your name, email, business name and ABN, phone, logo, and any payment or bank/PayID/BPAY details you choose to put on your invoices.

QuoteMate is not intended for anyone under 18.
