How to use it
Type or dictate a description of the job, for example:

QuoteMate returns a materials list with estimated quantities, suggested labour hours, and the items grouped into sensible work sections. You then review, adjust quantities, swap items, and fetch prices.
What the AI does and doesn't do
- It suggests — materials, quantities, and labour hours based on your description.
- You decide — every line is editable. Change anything that doesn't match how you do the job.
- Treat AI quantities as a fast first draft, not gospel. Check them against the real job before you send.

About the AI
AI suggestions are generated by QuoteMate's AI service. Job descriptions may be processed by third-party AI services to produce suggestions; no personal or banking details are sent. See Data security and privacy.
