QuoteMate handles the Australian pricing bits for you — GST, labour, markup, and travel — so your quote adds up correctly and stays compliant.
GST
QuoteMate automatically calculates and displays 10% GST on all quotes and invoices. You can set whether your stored supplier prices are entered ex-GST (the default) or inc-GST; either way the GST component is worked out and shown on the document.
Labour
Add labour as hours or days, with your labour rate. If your quote is split into sections, you can set labour per section. There's a sensible default labour rate you set during onboarding, and you can change it any time in Settings.
Markup
You can apply separate markup to materials and to labour, so you're not forced into one blended margin. Set defaults in Settings and override per quote.
Travel
Add a travel adjustment for jobs away from your base. QuoteMate includes a fuel-cost estimator based on the job address to help you put a fair travel figure on the quote.
