Every job moves through these stages, each stamped with a time:
Inquiry → Quoted → Accepted → Scheduled → In progress → Completed → Paid → Closed (plus Cancelled).

Scheduling
Schedule jobs with a date so you know what's on. You can connect Google Calendar in Settings to keep scheduled jobs alongside your calendar. (See the note below on calendar sync.)
Calendar sync note: connecting Google Calendar is available in Settings. If you rely on scheduled jobs appearing automatically on your Google Calendar, confirm the behaviour on your device first — see Google Calendar integration.
On-site photos
Attach photos to a job and annotate them with arrows, circles, and dimensions — handy for recording site conditions, marking up where things go, or documenting completed work.
Checklists
Add checklists to a job for materials and to-dos, so nothing gets missed on-site.
Follow-ups
