CallKatie is a partner service that answers your business calls so you don't lose work while you're on the tools. It's a separate product from QuoteMate, surfaced in the app under Settings → Never Miss a Call.
What it does
CallKatie answers incoming calls as your business, qualifies the caller, and passes the details on, so a ringing phone on a roof doesn't turn into a lost lead. From inside QuoteMate you can trigger a quick demo call to hear how it sounds, then sign up with your business details pre-filled.
