QuoteMate connects to Xero so your invoices land in your accounting file without re-keying anything.
Connecting Xero
Go to Settings → Xero Integration and connect with OAuth. Your Xero login is handled securely and tokens are stored on QuoteMate's servers, not on your device. Once connected, choose which Xero organisation to sync with. You can disconnect at any time.
What it does
- Push invoices to Xero in one tap — no re-entering line items.
- Auto-create contacts — new customers appear in Xero automatically.
- Bulk sync — sync multiple invoices at once.
- CSV export — export Xero-compatible CSVs if you'd rather import manually.
Line items sync at the prices on the invoice — your trade rates, not retail.
